Mentor
Qualifications
- Must be a CIPS member
- Relevant experience in an area of IT
- A willingness to share your experiences with someone newer to the industry
- Willingness to develop a two-way trusted relationship
- Ability to meet with your mentee a minimum of one hour per month face to face. (During the initial building of the trusted relationship you may be required to meet more frequently)
- Committed to the success of the CIPS Saskatchewan Mentorship Program

- An openness to communication with someone who has obtained some life skills in the field of IT, with career experience they are willing to share
