Presentation Overview Description
A sharing of knowledge related to SaskTels journey towards business process management.  We will discuss the concept of a Business Process Center of Excellence including the definition of a set of standard processes, architecture, and requirements to facilitate the launch of products and services to the market in a timely and repeatable manner.  The audience for this presentation could include project managers, business analysts, solution architects, enterprise architects, project team members, and customer experience advocates.

Speaker Biography
Richard Phillips, BAdmin CPA-CMA
Through the University of Regina, I have received a Bachelor of Administration degree.  Post University I received a Certified Management Designation, now classified as a Chartered Professional Accountant. Past employment experience included Farm Credit Corporation, Crown / Canada Life, Treasury Board Secretariat of Canada, Bayer CropScience and Regina Health District.  I have been employed at SaskTel for over 15 years starting in Finance, moving to Customer Services – Sales and now working in Information Systems.  I have extensive training and experience related to process management, business architecture, leadership and coaching, change management, financial analysis, business analysis, business consulting and strategic planning.
